Bolang Cheng

Dr. Bolang Cheng earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Lanzhou University, China, in 2017. During his Ph.D. studies from 2017 to 2022 at Lanzhou University, his research focused on the design of nanomaterials, the development of UV sensors and triboelectric nanogenerators. In 2022, he completed his Ph.D. program. From 2022 to 2024, Dr. Cheng worked as a Senior Algorithm Engineer at ZTE Corporation, where he specialized in the development of digital predistortion algorithms for 5G and 6G communication systems. Currently, Dr. Cheng is a postdoctoral fellow under the mentorship of Prof. Hossam Haick at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. His research focuses on developing smart dust technology for visual cancer diagnosis.
