According to the World Health Organization, #lungcancer is the leading cause of #cancer-related deaths worldwide, accounting for the highest mortality rates among both men and woman. Lung cancer is also often diagnosed at advanced stages when treatment options are limited.
At the LUCIA EU Project, we are working to a better #understanding of lung cancer, to identify and analyse the #riskfactors and improve #earlydetection!
