Yael Hershkovitz

Yael Hershkovitz received her B.Sc. from the Department of Biochemical Engineering, Technion – Israeli Institute of Technology in 2018. Yael joined Prof. Haick’s group in October 2017, during her B.Sc. research project on detection of volatile biomarkers in blood towards lab-on-a-chip for in-vivo detection of diseases. She is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Chemical Engineering under the supervision of Prof. Haick. Her research focuses on identification and intervention in intercellular communication.
